Smithville Charitable Foundation Announces 2017 Grant Awards

Ellettsville, IN (November 1, 2017) – The Smithville Charitable Foundation is excited to announce 2017 grant awards. From pre-school education to transportation, SCF awarded $985,667 in grants to 47 organizations serving 15 counties in Central and Southern Indiana, including Brown, Daviess, Dubois, Gibson, Greene, Hendricks, Lawrence, Martin, Monroe, Morgan, Orange, Owen, Posey, Sullivan, and Tipton counties. The Smithville Charitable Foundation Board of Governors is pleased to continue supporting talented organizations who are dedicated to improving quality of life in their communities.

Smithville Charitable Foundation is a private organization, celebrating a decade of grantmaking in 2018. As a private foundation, our grants benefit organizations in the counties served by Smithville Communications – Boone, Brown, Daviess, Dubois, Gibson, Greene, Hendricks, Howard, Lawrence, Martin, Monroe, Morgan, Orange, Owen, Posey, Sullivan, and Tipton counties in Indiana.
